There is choosing of different power operated chucks.

For FCT 1000/FCT 1000A - spindle bore 140/220 mm - spindle nose A2-15:

• Not through-hole cylinder (closed center) in combination with ∅530 or ∅630 or ∅800 mm 3-jaw self centering chuck
• Through-hole cylinder (open center through hole of 117,5 mm or 127 mm or 205 mm) in combination with ∅530 mm or ∅630 mm or ∅800 mm 3-jaw self centering chuck
• Pneumatic chuck with through hole of 140 or 220 mm

All chucks with hydraulic actuator are completely tested and integrated in CNC control of the machine. The pressure and working force can be adjusted at the hydraulic power pack. The chuck is operated by means of a foot pedal. The system is provided with the necessary interlocks, as no rotation of spindle when chuck in opened or when operating force is not reached, control of end movement of clamping jaws, etc...
