The heavy duty spindle with bore of 140 mm on FCT 1000 and 220 mm on FCT 1000A is supported by a combination of precision double-row cylindrical roller bearings and double-direction angular contact thrust ball bearings, a system which provides the highest precision and rigidity for heavy loads and superior surface finish.

We equipped our FCT 1000 / 1000A with a powerful 56 kW main drive motor. Top spindle speed is 1800 rpm (up to 1200 rpm FCT 1000A) and it's driven by motor through an automatic two step gearbox.
