The FAT TUR conventional lathes can be delivered in different sizes with swing over bed of 560 - 630 - 710 mm with distance between centers from 1000 up to 4000 mm. The FAT TUR MN "Universal CNC" lathes series bring together the requirements for better machining, high precision, ease of operation, quick way from drawing to workpiece and low maintenance. These machines have the tremendous advantage of being operated as simple universal lathe - very useful when only one piece is being manufactured, but also can be used as full CNC machine to make complicated pieces or large number of pieces. The TUR MN lathes can be delivered also in different sizes with swing over bed of 560-630-800-930-1150-1350mm with distance between centres from 1000mm up to 8000mm. The TUR MN teach-in lathe can be equipped with all kind of interesting options as automatic toolturret, power chucks, chip conveyor, live tooling,...
The FAT FCT 700 slant bed CNC lathe has a heavy duty 70° inclined bed. The swing over bed is 700 mm with distance between centers of 1100mm, 1600mm, 2100mm or 3100mm. The machine is equipped with a Siemens 840 D SL ShopTurn CNC system with Shopturn application for turning and milling. The spindle is direct driven, powered by a 33 kW spindle motor, providing a spindle speed until 2200 rpm. The machine can be equipped with an hydraulic power chuck, 12-position toolturret with static or live tooling, C-axis, chip conveyor, etc..., bringing you a powerful production unit.
The new FAT FCT 1000 slant bed CNC lathe has swing over bed / slight of 1000 mm with distance between centers of 1500mm, 2500mm, 3500mm or 4500mm. The machine is equipped with a Siemens 840 D SL ShopTurn CNC system with Shopturn application for turning and milling.
The new FAT milling machine K2/K3 with fixed bed and movable column is equipped with an optical and linear reading system, providing a high precise positioning of the axes. The powered spindle head with constant and conditioned temperature has 2 automatic rotations A and B. The spindle motor of 18 kW has a spindle range until 10000 rpm for ISO 40 (K2) and until 5000 rpm for ISO 50 (K3) spindle. The axes has the following travels: X-axis: 2500 mm, Z-axis 1000 mm, Y-axis 800 mm. The maximum axes speed is 20000 mm/min. The working table of 4000 mm length and 1500 mm width has a load capacity of 100 kN/m2. The machine has the 810 D CNC system with Shopmill application.
