FAT UNIVERSAL CNC LATHE TUR 800 / 930 / 1100 MN
The FAT TUR MN lathes combine the requirements for optimal operation of a
modern workshop: the finished workpieces are produced quickly and easily due
to very simple operation and programming, a rapid learning and set-up time,
very high precision, low maintenance, and all of this for the best price
conditions. In brief, a teach-in lathe of the highest quality for heavy-duty
machining.
CONTROL PANEL
The machine is ergonomically designed and the control panel is movable over
the entire working length of the machine.
HIGH PRECISION DOUBLE V SLIDEWAYS
The double V slideways, along with the inner V shaped slideway for the
tailstock, are induction hardened and precision ground. The wide
heavy-ribbed bed is double walled, provides excellent rigidity and the best
surface finish.
HEAVY DUTY HEADSTOCK WITH LARGE SPINDLE BORES
The headstock has a 140 mm spindle bore as standard; 220 mm or 320 mm are
optionally available. To ensure a high torque at low spindle speeds, the
machine is equipped with a 2-speed gearbox. The change of the transmission
ratio is performed by means of an automatic shifted gear (programmable) as
standard.
TAILSTOCK
The specially extended neck allows more clearance between the tailstock body
and the cross slide. This design permits better access for machining parts close to the tailstock center. An hydraulically operated tailstock quill is offered as option.
