Production of CNC machines - special projects
Based on the combination of our extensive experience in the production of lathes, constant development and improvement, our range has been expanded to include special machines dedicated to meeting specific customer requirements. We focus not only on the production of standard horizontal lathes. Our goal is to provide contractors with specialized multi-purpose machines, as well as the production of complete production lines for complex machining operations including: turning, grinding, boring and other complex operations. Below we present completed projects.
- The lathe built for a contractor from the USA is characterized by a unique bed solution. It consists of two independent beds mounted on a special foundation. This solution enables the machining of shafts with a diameter of up to 3,000 mm along the full length of 22,000 mm without interfering with rests and tailstocks. Very high spindle torque, a dedicated tool system and structural stability ensure reliability and efficiency of machining.

Fully automatic lathe with loading stations produced for a customer in China. The machine tool is designed for mass machining of aluminum ingots. The machine consists of a lathe, a loading system and an unloading station.

Lathe designed for machining electrical insulators. The paper-epoxy mass which is the insulation of the core is machining. The headstock has its own drive that allows it to be positioned anywhere in the bed. The machine is equipped with a special extraction system that prevents the accumulation of shavings and dust in the machine.

CNC lathe-boring machine. Machine built on the basis of TUR SMN 930. Adapted to work both as a computerized numerically controlled lathe and as a boring machine, where the tool is fixed in the spindle, and the workpiece is immobilized in special holders mounted in movable supports.
