In our machinery park, we develop the production of specialized machines from the Mubea Systems series.
Mubea Systems by HACO is a range of 5 axis CNC machining centers, specially designed for automatic machining of extremely long aluminum and steel profiles. These machines have a wide range of applications in the rapidly developing public transport market, including: railways and aviation. They are used, among other things, to form passenger cabins.

October was marked by the international metalworking fair EMO Hannover 2023, where we had the pleasure to present our CNC lathe from the TUR SMN series.

In order to improve the working precision of the lathe, our engineers apply leadscrew pitch error compensation. This error is an uneven pitch and clearance on the screw/nut assembly, it means that the positioning of the machine (positioning of a given machine axis) is repetitive but with some error. To eliminate this, laser compensation of the pitch error of the ball screw is used.

In addition to machine building, FAT HACO also provides milling and grinding of gear wheels for external companies.

FAT HACO's portfolio of machines also includes lathes with numerical control by FAGOR. It is a brand recognized on the market that produces advanced and reliable numerical controllers for: machine tools, milling machines, lathes and other CNC machines.

Due to the development of the FAT HACO brand, we are looking for companies mainly from Europe and South America, which would be interested in cooperation in the field of selling our machines.

When purchasing CNC machines, customers also opt for additional components. One of them is a grinding or milling unit, which is an excellent complement to the turning process.

The development of modern technologies and customer expectations affect the expansion of the capabilities of our machines for various machining purposes. One of the latest FAT HACO projects is an example of a specialized machining center - a CNC Slant Bed Lathe - FCT 700.
