Working with workpieces over 10 meters long is now easier than ever before, especially on a lathe as large as the TUR 3MN series. This four-guide CNC lathe for heavy-duty machining has been adapted to even more demanding machining operations.

Extensive experience and know-how developed over the years allows us to build special machines, tailored to the smallest customer requirements. A wide swing over bed, a distance between centres of over ten metres, high power and a wide range of machining possibilities make FAT lathes one of the few machine tools in the world with such capacity and production capacity.

One of our latest projects for a Polish customer is a CNC lathe from the FCT 700 series. A pneumatic chuck, a hydraulic steady rest or an automatically opening door are just a few of the many solutions that improve the ergonomics of working on that CNC machine.

The machine with almost 20 years of experience but after a major retrofit is back to work.
The CNC lathe from the TUR 630 MN series is a machine from 2007, which has undergone a thorough modernization and is available for sale immediately.

One of our latest projects is the TUR MN 1550 lathe, designed for machining heavy elements with diameters up to 1550 mm, lengths up to 2000 mm and weights up to 12,000 kg between centers.

FAMUR - branch in Zabrze, is one of the customers who have been using our machines for years and decided to have them professionally repaired in our company.
Lathe renovations are also part of our business. 

In recent days we visited a client, Neo-Tec Sp. z o.o. from Płock. We had the opportunity to see our TUR 3MN machine in action. We also talked about the impressions of working on this lathe, its possibilities and advantages.

Before starting work on a TUR lathe, each employee should carefully read the technical and operational documentation (DTR) in order to learn about the structure of the lathe, how its mechanisms work and their adjustments, as well as their use, operation and safety.

For ETEX POLAND, we carried out a professional renovation of our classic TUR 630 M conventional lathe from 1993. A thorough overhaul and modernization of individual parts gave this machine a second life. The distant production date and the continuous ability to machinning prove the reliability of these lathes.
