Instruction manual of CNC lathe and conventional lathe
Before starting work on a TUR lathe, each employee should carefully read the technical and operational documentation (DTR) in order to learn about the structure of the lathe, how its mechanisms work and their adjustments, as well as their use, operation and safety.
Even the early conventional TUR lathes were intended for machining details in series and unit production. Rigid structure, high engine power and a wide range of spindle speeds allow roughing and finishing of all types of steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and plastics. TUR lathes can cut all major metric, inch, modular, right- and left-hand threads.
To ensure full use of the lathe's capabilities, extend its service life and reduce operating costs to a minimum, keep the lathe properly clean in accordance with technical requirements and applicable regulations, perform constant maintenance and remove any detected faults and damage.
Since the machine tool is subject to constant design changes as a result of technical improvements, the Technical and Operational Documentation is constantly updated by the manufacturer and corresponds only to the design of the machine tool to which it was attached when shipped to buyers.

The DTR contains technical characteristics and detailed information regarding the operation, operation and maintenance of the lathe. The information it contains helps you:
- correct selection of parts for machining on a lathe to ensure full use of the lathe technology and thus maximum reduction of operating costs and optimal economic effects resulting from its use
- preparation of machining programs (numerical control)
- preparing the lathe for work
- proper operation and maintenance of the lathe
The technical documentation of the TUR lathe includes:
- Technical characteristics
- Standard and special equipment
- Occupational health and safety instruction
- Loading and transport instructions
- Instructions for preparation for launch
- Instructions for use
- Description of operation and regulation of mechanisms
- Maintenance
